Here is what you need to do to find Darkrai again:
1.Find Resheriam and defeat it in battle
2.Go to Wish Palace, go up one of the stair cases on either side of Darkrai's throne(the throne is the big chair).
3. Go to the circle and press 2.
4. Defeat Zekrom in battle.
After you defeat the two legendary Pokemon, Darkrai will come back. You can then find him un wish palace.
