Stars in the tittle screen
I have three stars in the tittle screen. I Know I have to have eight for something to happen. How do I get them? What happens? Help me please

I saved my game every time but twice and it made me go back through the levels that I didn't save and then after I passed them again, I saved them. So even though I went back through them again and saved them, I can't get my eight stars no matter what? I didn't know that it did anything at the end if you had eight stars, until I saw that question someone asked about. Is there any way to fix it?

You can only get 5 stars (they sparkle if super guide never appears). The only thing I know that happens is a very short fanfare.
