Play the game next to the factory doors and you will receive a lever with a red spherical handle. Travel to the manors’ Foyer and place the lever in the forklift. Once on the upper level play the puzzle on your right hand side on the door. To play you need to add the 2 pieces you have collected in your inventory bag, the M & A tile need to be placed. Rearrange the letters to spell “MALGRAVE” upon Completion, the door will open. Once in the room play the mini game in the left hand corner (the one with the weird glass iron lung thing) and you will win a key from that game to use on the factory door lock. Hope this helps.
