Unlockables: Hidden Object Screens
There are two additional hidden object screens that you can unlock during The Malgrave Incident.
Collect all the postcards in the game (there are 31 of them) and you will be given the ability to access a Barbershop hidden object screen at South Street, and another with the Plaza Curiosity hidden object screen at the Plaza.
COLLECT DUST! THEN ASK QUESTIONS!
Just keep checking your map in the book to see where dust is available. If you do that half of EVERYONES questions would be answered.

If you are talking about the one to shut off the green gas...go to the right of the manor and you will find a ladder access attached to a water tower - like fixture. Once you get to it it will fall over and lean on the pipeline you can then climb it and walk to where the shut off is for the green gas enabling you to enter the manor again |

One gear is in the well at the farmhouse, one is in the theater past the door with the comedy/tragedy masks, and one is in the factory inside a bottle of elixir. |

There is some dust in the cornfield, but most action takes place in the field, with the old barn. It's just trying to confuse you with a lot of dead ends. There's a map to the windmill, actually, in your book. |
