I can't find "Letter A" in the HO area to the left of the manor door. The hint says it's to the right of the photo of the London phone booth but I can't find it. Do I have to rip the wallpaper down somehow? Also - I already have a Letter A in my inventory so I'm not sure why I have to find this again.

The A is actually on the machine that is shaking. It's really hard to see, especially if you didn't calibrate your screen correctly at the beginning of the screen. Click on the 'piston' that is closest to the phone booth picture, it's right there. Good luck!
