Question for Mystery Case Files: The Malgrave Incident

How do you solve the puzzle in the graveyard building floor? I have the mosaic piece in.

Look at centerpieces of the 3 smaller circles. Pieces look like "bowties"; are colored red, blue, & green; and do not move when you are rotating other pieces. Look for top & bottom pieces that are predominantly red or blue or green and rotate so that they are joined with matching "bowtie" color center piece. When you have the 3 outer small circles all red, all blue, & all green, the circular door in the floor will open.
