You get them from the Desert. They are up a little path in the grave yard not far from the dino bones.
Go into the desert go to the graveyard and dig up some spiders!

The dinosaur bones are in the desert, if you go east from the citrus trees. Near them is a graveyard with a boarded-up mausoleum-like building (cave). Prospect in the graveyard, and you'll likely find Spider Essences after a few tries.
