Where do you get the x2 and x4 multiplier and where on the levels do you get them

All stud multipliers are gotten by finding the correct red brick, buying it, then enabling it. The x2 multiplier is in episode 4, chapter 6. Sorry, can't remember where the x4 and x8 multipliers are.
Why don't you use the cheat codes for them and who knows the codes for x4,x6 and x8???????
