How do you turn all the red squares on the floor green ( there are 5 of them) when you only have 4 characters. My son and I have been trying for the last few days to no avail.

You have to get the floor waxer out of the wall bye using r2-d2 to open it or if you have already bought the extra toogle you may be able to use the mouse droid.
There are a few things you need to do: 1) push the big platform into the spot where it belongs 2)pull the lever three times 3)go activate the trigger using r2d2 4) push the box off 5) get the vehicle below 6)run over the red buttons in a straight line with the vehicle and do it fast. Hope this helps.
The Turnstile
I've moved the big platform where I think it belongs (on the red dot) near the turnstile. There are are sparks coming from the turnstile and it won't turn. How do I get the turnstile to turn and raise the big platform so I can accomplish the rest.
I see everyone saying use r2d2. How do you utilize/use them? My son is not able to use r2d2 in this chapter 5 "death star escape". Thanks for help.
You need to put the 2 pieces together and wait for them to click together and then turn the pieces that are green.
You have to run over the red dots and when you do it right a platform comes out and then you have to have the storm trouper hat to open. Go through then fight. There are levers and you have to pull them at the same time to open.
You have to get the car that is located on the left hand side below the floor. Once you get into the car drive it over the red boxes
You have to push a brick and get a little hovercraft out and use it.
Try changing the mode of control to 'touch' (for ipad) if you face problems in driving over those buttons with 'classic' control..
