As you progress throuh the game, youll unlock a mission on the planet Tattoine, it should be called Castle of Doom. When you play it you will play as Count Dooku and his Magna Guard partner. Once you beat the level it will either give you the Magna Guard or you will have to search the Sith ship for the Magna Guard. If you havent found the Sith ship yet. You go to your port with the ships you unlock. Choose your ship and get in it. Itll launch into space on it's own. Then go all the way to the right where youll see a ship and dock in it. Welcome to the Dark Side.
