Who can recharge panels?

Robino and magna guard, to get robino go over to the invisible hand by ship. I use plo koons jedi starfighter because it's unlocked make sure you have 500,000 studs because you need to buy count dooku and cad bane use count to force up the bridge on the left side, then go over and open the part with cad on a bounty hunter panel and keep going left, you'll see a curtain that is closed AND a hub with a exclamation mark, go there and there is the level. To unlock magna go to the right to the door which you need count to force the bridge up go across and you will see a door that needs gold bricks, unless of course you have the bricks build it and go in the elevater. You will come to a room with asajj ventress, you don't have to buy her, just go down the stairs and you'll see another hub with and excalamation mark and complete these levels and your done. P.s robino can go through small hatches and magna guard is a high jumper. Hope this helped.
