Question for LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4

I can't get back to Gringott's Bank. I went through in story mode. I used griphook to open the locks and went through the door behind his picture. Griphook opened the locks in the vault including the one near the dragon. We walked through the door, and the next scene started. When I re-enter the bank in free play, I'm immediately on a set of tracks traveling down to the level where there are 9 or ten doors for the bonus level. How can I get back into bank where I can find the case with griphooks token? I've even restarted the game, and every time I attempt to re-enter the bank, it always takes me to the vaults. This is verrrrry frustrating because I can't unlock Professor Snape or Tom Riddle without griphook. Please help
