Question for Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility

Hi,
I now have a barn full of cows, on the town plot.
Now I want a new barn, for sheep or goats, so I've already bought a new plot, the hilltop plot, but I can't buy a new barn!
How do I have to fix this?
I don't want to move, I just want an other barn.
Is there any way I can get 2 barns without moving?

There is no way you can build another barn, just upgrade it, the other thing you can do is sell some cows to have space for other animals.
