PLEASE NOTE: The following is going to take absolutely AGES. However, it works, and you must do it if you want to get married. Yes, must. It will probably take at least a year on the game. The hearts after the fourth are easier to get, though.

To get married, you must first improve your relationship with the person in question. This can be done through working at the place they work, greeting them every morning and giving them gifts. The gifts are the most effective.

Then there are these things called heart events that are events done when you have enough 'hearts'. I think the first even is a 'friendship gift' at 2 hearts, another gift at 4, a date at 5, etc...

To check your heart status with someone, you must go to Brownie Square and enter that building thing I can never remember the name of and talk to GILL (from ACROSS the counter) and look for said person.

Gill likes that Body-something-whatever medicine from the Clinic (I think it's about 350g or something). I'm not sure what else he likes.

To give a gift to someone, hold said item in your hands and talk to them.

Eventually, when you get a high enough heart level, he'll ask you out. Then he'll ask you to spare time for him and confess his love. He'll then ask you to get a specific item, I don't know what... And then the Mayor will come and explain the Blue Feather to you (it's a tradition) and a few days later you'll get one. As long as you've got him his item and done all the other heart events, if you give him the feather, he'll accept the proposal.

You'll also have a kid if you marry him, 2 months after the marriage (and then you'll actually have the kid one month after that, and it will grow periodically per month).

While Gwid did give you an idea of what you must do, I have actually married Gill and know the full extent.

Note Doing all this will take some time, but you can marry him by summer of the first year at soonest, as I did. Things he likes are tomato dishes. You can buy tomato juice at the Sunday Inn for little money and he loves them. You can also work part time at the Main Hall and that will raise his affections with you.
First you must raise Gill to two hearts. (To check this just hold down the C button and scroll to the big colorful heart and look for Gill.) Once he is at two hearts he will come to your house and give you a silver ore. Accept it and it will make him happy.

Keep raising his heart level. At four hearts talk to him before 9 am and he will ask you if you want to have lunch. Accept and then meet him at the Sunday Inn before 12:30 otherwise the cutscene will not happen and you will lose heart points for "Standing him up"

At Five hearts he will give you another gift, this oe being a bodigizer, saying that he wants you to keep in good health. Accept it and he blunshes <3 Talk to him before 9 and he a cutscene will start where he talks about his lost diary. Say that you will go and find it for him. It is located by Hamiltons house. Go on the sidewalk as if you were going to the church and then go by the area with the benches, there will be a black box shape and that's his diary. You read it and then you must return it to him.

At six hearts talk to him and he will ask you to meet him at Alans tree. It's located at Brownie ranch. Get there before 12:30 and he will confess his love to you. Accept and he will be delighted.

When you get to 8 hearts you have the choice to marry him with a blue feather. Hamilton will come to your house and talk about the Blue Bird of Happiness. A few days later when you exit your home a cutscene will start where you see the blue bird fly over to caramel falls. Walk to caramel falls and walk past the waterfall and another cutscene will start and you will recieve the blue feather. After that just talk to hi while holding it and you will marry him.

He will tell you about blue bird. Wait till 1 week in sunny or cloudy day( because the bird isn't go out in raining, thiypoon, or blizzard day). If you finish her task, you can give the blue feather that blue bird leaf. After you give the blue feather, you and gill go to deren tree and ask "are you want to merry my?" (if I not worng because I use boy and marry renee) and then you and gill meet Hamilton and Hamilton will plan your merried with gill. Hamilton will plan 7-15 days bifore merried ( if you choose the first answer ( I forget the first answer)) then you will merried after plan that Hamilton make.
