Do I need a silkworm/yarn maker?
Or can I just buy it?
And I don't know how to get into the clock tower. >.>

You have to look in the back of the tower. There you'll get a cut screen. After that, quickly do the first rainbow and the taylor should move in on the net 1st or 15th day. ^^
