How do you get the sack of feed up to the top of the hill for the pestrols?

We just kept perserving use the depulso spell as well as the wingardium leviosa try to get it stuck behind the rocks so it doesn't roll down then go up the hill to meet it.
Use wingardium levosa or depulso or accio until it reaches the top and place the sack of food behind the rock.
