Unlock 5 Player Battle Mode

Added:

When a Gamecube controller has been inserted in port one hold R and select 'Start Game' at the Wii Channels screen. A controller arrangement screen will then appear (Any combination of Wiimotes and Gamecube controllers can be used to play).
