First, you need a villager who has mastered all skills and get the chief cloak which is hunged on a tree closer to the love shack. Move the villager to the crafting hut to get water to quench the fire which will earn you a gem to complete a kraken task(blue statue part)
NOTE: You must first fix all 4 pedestals center and put 4 villagers on them so they worship the kraken which will create 3 holes for fixing statue parts
