Yes but don't try to get evolve Deino into Zweilous and Hydragon the first time you face the Elite Four. After you beat N for the final time, you can access the rest of Unova, what you should do then is to go to Lauconosa Town, (east of Opelucid) and go to the Giant Chasm, there are level 50's and 60's everywhere. If you are currently trying to defeat Elesa, use a Rock-type for her two Emolgas because Ground-types won't effect them, after you KO the Emolgas' Ground is the way to go.

You can see Braviary, you just have to battle Cynthia in Undella Town. She has one and as soon as you see it, the Pokedex will count it as seen so you can get a Braviary and breed a Rufflet from it afterward.

An easier way than trading, catch a Ditto in the Giant Chasm then put it and your Serperior in the Day Care, Ditto will transform into a Serperior of the opposite gender and you will get a Snivy Egg

To be frankly honest with you, keep Litwick and add a joltik as well along with axew. I would recommend Excadrill as your ground type but Krookodile already has that covered.
