How to get the Out of the Frying Pan Achievement/Trophy

To get the Out of the Frying Pan achievement/trophy you must complete chapter 1 of episode 1. You will get this at the end of the prologue. In order to do so you must get out of your cuffs after the car crashes, then use the shotgun to shoot the police officer before jumping the fence into Clementine's backyard. When you reach that point in the game the achievement/trophy will unlock.
