Introduction

When I heard about the Path of Neo coming out I instantly looked for a trailer on the net. When I saw it and read about the game I could not beleive it. You get to play as Neo. You actually get to play as Neo, unlike in enter the matrix. I could not wait for this game to come out. It is one of these games where it looks really good. When it finally came out I bought it and I was amazed. The game is amazing. It is brilliant. Any matrix fan will love this game. Buy It!!!

Graphics

Graphics are amazing. The characters Neo, Morpheus, Trinity, Agent Smith etc all look real. When you "focus" you see the bullets move, like in enter the matrix. You can interact with objects around the place. For instance in the lobby you can smash people against the support beams. The scenery is amazing and it looks really life like.

Sound

It does have all of the actors voices which is good. The sound effects during a fight are really good. Especially in bullet time when you can hear the bullets that are being fired towards you. Not really much to say about the sound. It is really good and there are no complaints.

Gameplay

This is what you probably want to know about. There are so many fighting moves. You can do pretty much anything from the film. Take their gun and hit them, six hit combos and there are lots of amazing focus moves. The slow motion punch, like Neo does to agent Smith in matrix revolutions, you get to use swords, wooden sticks and of course, Guns. Lots of Gun. You can leap off walls and everything. Once you get all of the upgrades you can jump extremely high. Unlike in enter the matrix. You can not only jump huge distances but really high. You can leap off balcoies and stay in the air for six or seven seconds whilst shooting. You can do the same thing whilst jumping off the wall and even the roof. You can hit the roof because you jump so high. You also get the flying thing so you can fly in small bursts. You also get the bullet dodge. You can dodge while running as well. You can then get the bullet stop. All you have to do is stand still and press square while in focus mode and you will stop bullets. Press R1 to fire the bullets back. Amazing. There are so many moves. It is not hard to get to grips with them. It is similar to enter the matrix but with better moves. There is also a code vision which means you can see people through walls.

Lastability

The game is like three rolled into one. You play through each film so it lasts for a while. You can also play some of the cool levels over and over again and try to kill people in different ways. It should last a long time. You can also go back and complete the bonus objectives like don't use a gun!!!

Overall

This is a game for the true matrix fan and pretty much anyone else. Everything is really cool. The best improvements from enter the matrix are the fact you can jump huge distances, stop bullets, do amazing moves and use swords and also the cool gear that you get to wear. You also play though the films which makes it really fun as you get to do what Neo does in the film.
