Ice Cavern - Snowball Ravine

Snowball Ravine - Stage 1

Make your way up the steps, picking up items at the top of each. There will be snowballs rolling down as you climb so keep an eye out and avoid them. You will eventually come to a point where you must throw people across the gaps then retrieve them with the boomerang. Go ahead and do so until you get everyone across then proceed onward to the gateway to complete this stage.

Snowball Ravine - Stage 2

Light the torch here and move along the new path. Clear the enemies first before moving on to the platform. Keep moving and you'll come to a fork in the road. Go left first making sure to throw a boomerang guy together with a fire glove guy across. Retrieve the remaining hero with the boomerang afterwards. The goal here is to light all the torches to activate the triforce gateway. Step on both switches and have the hero with fire gloves light the torch in the middle and to the right, while the person with a boomerang takes care of the one to the left. Once done, go back to the fork and head right this time. Kill the monsters, grab a bomb to throw at the block in front. Light the torches. After which you can go ahead and continue over to the gateway to complete the level.

Snowball Ravine - Stage 3

This stage is fairly simple and primarily involves running and hiding from giant snowballs. These can be melted down to a smaller size with the fireball. The snow mounds contain plenty of hearts you can use if you're low on health. That said, get moving and light the torch that you spot halfway through the level. Get on the elevator and continue running toward the gateway to get this done.

Snowball Ravine - Stage 4

For the first half of this boss encounter, the ice monster will simply stay where it is and spray ice breath in a circle that primarily targets the human-controlled hero, so switch to another character when the attack gets too close to avoid it. Now the goal here is to melt off the monster's outer shell, by throwing fireballs at it until all the pieces come off. Once that happens, the monster becomes mobile and will be stomping down to try and damage. The circular shadow on the ground should tell you where it's at. Again switch to a different hero when the creature gets too close. Shoot a fireball at the monster just before it lands to ensure a hit. Keep on doing this until the boss is defeated.
