Pre-Trial Preparation is Crucial
Make sure, before you step foot into the courtroom, you have thoroughly checked your evidence. Not only do you need to read the descriptions carefully, but you also need to use the 'Inspect' feature to look over each item. You need to check bullet chambers in guns, back of newspapers, and base of jewelry boxes. If you find something new while going over the item, the description will be automatically updated to take it into account.
During the trial itself, certain pieces of evidence will be given plenty of attention, but if you already have the full facts concerning it before you enter the courtroom you are less likely to encounter problems. It is also important for later in the case that you immediately check evidence that is entered into the court record mid-trial.
