Look for Cross-Examination Similarities and Discrepancies
If during a cross-examination you get stuck, don't be afraid to press each statement for more information. You will not be penalized in any way doing this, and by getting juror's to amend their testimonies with new information may bring similarities or discrepancies to light which you can then present. What you need to look for are two statements commenting on the same thing, such as mentioning the witness, dates, weapons, the witness' appearance.
