Boss Tips

In this section, you will find some tips in fighting the three early bosses. The Eye of Cthulhu, Eater of Worlds / Brain of Cthulhu, and Skeletron (Dungeon access). A quick note that is relevant to this section, Demon Altars are stations that are hidden underground and allows the player to craft boss summoning items provided they have the items. Quick Tip: The reason that you hold off in using the life crystals to increase your life is most of the more difficult events trigger upon reaching a certain HP threshold. When you are ready, use your stored lifecrystals all at once and get your HP to 200 or more.
