What time do the daily tasks reset?

If you have a look at your Daily Tasks list, it tells you down the bottom how many hours and minutes it is until the start of the new day. The "re-set" time is the same time every day. My new day starts at 9.00AM every day (NOT a very convenient time if you have a 9-5 job, or are a student). I don't know if everyone's start of day is at 9.00, or whether it depends on which International time-zone you are in.
My day starts also at 9am so I think it's always at 9am for everyone. Once I keep all my daily tasks done, I leave off doing taking rewards for the final daily task so that I am reminded but now I'm used to it being 9am always.
