How do I change my bungalow's appearance?

Well, I just want to say that I don't have an answer for this question. I came here for an answer, and I'm suprised this place does not have one. All I can say is this: If you click on you bungalow, it will come to a variety of different houses. There will be a 'View' button underneath each of the options. But mine does not let me click on the 'View' button. My only guess if you have to be on a certain level to get a new house, and I am on level 16.
Don't know but have to find out the others are so pretty compared with the regular :(
You can earn new appearances some of the temporary islands that pop up every month
I'm lvl27 and still have no choices for bungalow appearance, so it might be a matter of some special bonuses or quests :(
