Quests are objectives that award Cards, Coins, or Rubies when completed. You can view which Quests you have available by tapping the 'Quests' button in the main screen. You can have up to 3 Quests at a time on your game and you will be given one new Quest at 00:00 GMT if you have a Quest Slot open.
If you are given a Quest you do not like you can click the 'Close' button it will be dropped and you will be assigned a new Quest. This though can only be done once per day. Listed below are the various Quests.

Reach rank 29

Create a second deck with your collected cards.

Daily Quests
These Quests are randomly assigned per day.
Heroic Destruction
Deal 60 damage to enemy bases.
Reward: 5 Rubies

Deal 30 damage to enemy bases.
Reward: 50 Rubies
Heroic Champion
Win 8 games.
Reward: 5 Rubies

Win 6 games.
Reward: 120 Coins
Victor
Win 4 games.
Reward: 80 Coins
Challenger
Win 2 games.
Reward: 50 Coins
Winter Elder
Win 3 games with Winter Pact deck.
Reward: 80 Coins
Queen of the East
Win 3 games with a Swarm deck.
