How Often do New Events Appear?

It is always worth regularly checking for new events and Daily SEGA Challenges as they are an indispensable source of currency, Sprites, and XP. New Events tend to appear every few hours.

How do you Play Events?

Although you can earn decent rewards playing missions you need to play in Events to have the opportunity to win big prizes. You can access this feature from the main menu by pressing the 'Events' button and then selecting from the list what is currently live. Events involve players competing against each other on leaderboards for top tier prizes.

How do you get Big Scores?

The fastest way to get a big score is to build combos. Combos are created when you chain together certain types of move within a set time, these includes dodging obstacles, jumping on springs, destroying obstacles, and running over Dash pads.

What is the Best thing to Spend Red Star Rings on?

Without doubt the single best thing you can spend your Red Star Rings on is a second sprite slot, then after that a third Sprite slot. Sprites can be very useful and they have the added bonus of not being tied to a specific character.

Should I Spend Red Star Rings on Event Tickets, Continues and Skipping Missions?

Picking up Red Star Rings during gameplay is rare so don't waste them on replenishing Event Tickets, continuing a run, or skipping missions when you have the option of watching a video advert for free.

How Many Red Star Rings does it Cost to Skip a Mission?

If you are really stuck on a mission and have tried different combinations of Sprites and characters you can skip it by spending 16 Red Star Rings. This should be a last resort though.

Do the Rings you Lose when you Hit an Enemy Count?

If you are collecting rings for a mission or event the rings you lose when you hit an enemy will still count toward the objective.

What are the Benefits when you Level Up a Character?

When you level up a character you will increases your Global Score Multiplier which in turn multiplies your final score. Your Character will level up each time your XP bar fills up and you will earn XP from the Prize Boxes awarded for completing Missions and Events. You can also earn XP at certain Character upgrade levels and from Evolving your Sprites.

What are the Blue Spring Pads for?

If you jump on a blue spring pad you will be catapulted high into the sky where you can ride on a rail while holding onto an enerbeam. These rides will allow you to charge up your Dash attack and collect rings without running into danger.

Can you Sell Sprites?

You can sell unwanted Sprites for Gold Rings, but you won’t always receive many in return.
