Sky Rogue Weapons Guide

In Sky Rogue you have an arsenal of missiles, bombs, rockets, and canon's you can deploy to your plane. Check out our Weapons Guide to find out more about them.

This is the primary missile in your arsenal, it is Air to Air / Air to Ground. This is a versitile missle that can be fired as a volley of 6 at once. The downside to this missile is that it is not powerful and is rendered ineffective when used against buildings or ships.

Vulcan Cannon
This is an unguided, low-damage weapon that is difficult to aim. It can however due to its large ammo supply be an effective option if you can line up a lot of consecutive hits.

This is an Air to Air long-range missile (1000). It is a slow-moving and slow-turning missile that is specifically for sniping aircraft. This missile uses 'Semi-Active' homing so it must stay locked-on to your target while it is in flight or it will lose its target.

This is an Air to Air short-range missile (500). It is a fast-moving and fast-turning infared-homing missile that is particularly effective when used during close-in dogfighting. This missile requires you to be roughly behind your target to lock-on. Their large lock-on cone and tight turning radius makes this missile a lot more effective in close combat than Micromissiles.

This unguided rocket is best used when engaging ground targets at mid-to-short range. Two rockets will destroy any enemy tower (AAA, SAM, LRSAM). Up to 10 rockets can be fired at once and they can either be fired at several targets in short bursts, or fired as a huge volley at bigger targets.

This is an unguided bomb which is the highest-damage weapon in the game. This weapon requires careful aim and is best used at high altitude, out of the reach of SAM towers and AAA. It can also be used effectively at close-range by dive-bombing. A full salvo of three bombs will destroy almost anything.

Cluster Bomb
This is an unguided bomb that flies exactly the same as any other bombs but will separate into multiple mid-damage bomblets after a second or two. The bomblets become more accurate the less the plane maneuvers.

This is an Air to Ground rocket that is capable of doing the same amount of damage as two rockets. These rockets can lock-on at long range (1000) and are particularly effective at taking out enemy towers.

Swarm / Turbo / Heavy Micromissiles
These are Air to Air / Air to Ground missiles that work the same as the Micromissiles but have different flight characteristics and ammo / damage amounts that make them better in certain roles.

• Swarm Micromissiles
This missile has a larger lock-on radius, faster turn rate, and 10 ammo, but will do half the damage of a Micromissile. They are best for close-range dogfighting or firing at ground targets while dodging incoming fire.

• Turbo Micromissiles
This missile has a smaller lock-on radius, slower turn rate, but are much faster and do the same damage. They are best for mid-range dogfighting.

• Heavy Micromissiles
This missile is slower and has a slower turn rate, but does +50% more damage than a Micromissile. They're best for attacking ground targets or heavier planes that can't dodge missiles easily.
