Always Collect Crafting Supplies

At it's core Shinsekai: Into the Depths is a survival game and equally important as continuosly checking on how much air you have is the supplies in your inventory. The reason your supplies are so important is that they allow you to craft items that will help increase your odds of staying alive.

As you progress through the depths you will come across a number of useful organic resources you should collect whenever you come across them. For example, seaweed can be used to craft oxygen restoring grip extension items. If you try to collect a resource and a red stop sign appears it is to indicate that your inventory if full. When this happens you can free up some space by crafting some items.
