Like the majority of mobile games, Shining Beyond is completely free-to-play. There are of course optional microtransactions. However, this doesn't mean that much content is locked behind a paywall. It's satisfying to know that you can access all the game's content for free. So if you're just playing the game casually for the waifus and personal team preference, then you'll enjoy the game fully without spending anything. On the other hand, if you're the type to spend money to make things easier, competitive enough to get the high-end equipment, or simply wanted to afford cosmetic skins for your favorite characters, then the game has several paid options to enable that as well.
