This is an NPC in Root Film that will begin quizzing you on your knowledge of Shimane while ignoring any questions you may have for him. The questions the mystery man asks you are based on real-life facts so if you are not sure of the answer you can simply find it by going online and doing some research. Make sure you save your game when the mystery man appears, so you are able to reload it if you give the wrong answer.
