In the Sea of Death (3-2) continue untill you reach the part with the breakable bubble walls. From there, you continue right untill you are in the spot where there is three bubble walls. Then go left, down, and right and hit the one on the right about 4 times. Keep jumping around that area and after short period of time a blue chest will appear at the end of that path.
