Press X, R1, L1, O, Triangle, O, Square, 'Select'.

Unlock Wolverine:

Press 'Select', X, X, X, X, L1, R1, 'Select', Square, O, L1 + O.

Unlock Spider-Man (Black Costume):

This costume becomes available when you defeat venom on level 1.
