Geyser Rock
Okay I have a chisel and a hammer, but every time I go up to the rock and push inspect she still shrugs. I don't know what to do!! Please please help! I can offer any help back because I am VERY experienced in this game.

She shrugs because your relatonship is probably less than 50%. You need to build the relationship by offering gifts and talking. The Gardener likes banana's and the butcher/cook likes yams. Keep offering the gifts until the retionship bar turns green. Then they begin to communicate with you.

I also had this problem before. What I did was juz keep standing at different positions and push inspect, in the end what she will do is to juz push the rock down and you will be able to access it. Hope that helps cause that's basically what I did..

Mr confused he's asking for answer to sims 2 castaway for PSP! And there's none gardeners>butchers and cooks in this game and you can't give bananas and yams as gifts. And this is answer: I had this problem too you have to go up near to it then press inspect and if it wont work move away from it only a little little bit I tried that and it works sometimes you're too close to something and your sim can't see it. Don't need to thank

I also had this problem.
What I did was build up body (do some yoga on sleeping mat, cut down trees etc).
You will also need to have made the hammer and stone chisel. Then try going up the slope at the right of the entrance - when you have the hammer and chisel in your inventory and your sim is happy, well fed, has best friends and is well rested - an "investigate" pop up will appear at the rock above geyser and voila!

Maybe you do not have all the pieces of the treasure map or maybe it's because your sim is standing in a position that does not allow her to push the rock aside.(how about you make her look behind then inspect)
