Question for The Simpsons Game

HELP,HELP I'v been trying to get past the bit were lisa and marge have to get the mob back to the town center but I can only get two of the people up and there's three (that stupid ned flander is the one that won't come up) I know how to use the lift with lisa's levetation thing but ned just wont come up
