Game keys

I am on the bit were you had to face paddy and zelma as the dragon but after you defeat them you hav to get the game card now I got up to the bit were marge stands on one panel and homer stands on the orther and then hormer goes up but all there is is a hillium tank there what do you do Help Please

There is a golden coloured arrow that you hit with helium homer above the helium tank. (you can easily see where the arrow is). Once you hit the arrow, the door will open leading to the next part of the level. (this answer is hard to understand but you will understand how it works when your doing it)
