Well if you can match the EXACT rythem of the "Pulse of the Earth (the green flashing border) than you can skip to fever in 3 to 4 commands easy~

If you wanna get to fever befor engaging a booss use the charge command (pon pon chaka chaka) a few timesto get fever started~

Playing all of the rhythms perfect and at the right tempo will make you get FEVER faster

Hit the button at exactly the right time, when the square around the boarder flashes, I've been able to get to fevor mode in 3 turns once.
