If you go back through the old chapters (the black list members you've already beaten) you'll find you've missed a race here and there wich you'll need to finish. With the car you'l have by this point in the game it should be no sweat for ya!

To win the game 100% you will have to do 2 more things.

1. In the career, in some races, you wil see that you have the option to outrun the cops, you will have to do that in every race that it will be given to you this option.

2. You will have to play Tuner Takedown and play as a cop.
