Look in any fishing pond,the trick is if you don't see them the first time, leave the area and go back until you see them.Or the Jungle Fishing Zone.The one located at the camp.Hoped I helped,rate please.

Best place to look at is the base camo I got 8 spear tunas (on high rank quest) on 20 min I needed em for fish wep :P

I collected in jungle at the pond I collected 677 spear tunas! The best area is area5 make sure you are fifth rank!
