Ultimus Heaven and Earth

I want to create the dual blade indicated in the title can anyone tell me how to get and where can I get this materials thanks in advance! Oh yeah can anyone tell me how do I unlock the fatalis quest Thanks again!

Start with the black sword. You can obtain all the materials needed for it by mining in the cave of the pokke village farm. Once you have it, follow the twin bladed path and make double dragon by using 5 black pieces from the sword cave with 2 lao scales and 2 lao shells. The next step is the Dual Dragon Ultimus which you need 5 Lao Carapace, 7 lao scale+ and 3 more of the dark stones. The DD cost 20k and the DDU cost is 90k. For the final version (UH&E) you will need 2 Azure lao horns, 2 Crimson Fatalis horns, and 4 Fata Devileyes + 100k zenni. If I remember correctly fatalis can be unlocked by clearing all training missions.
