i dont know wot to do

I have all of the ceanataur armor and the defence adds up to 234. I have the deathprize sword but I carn't kill the tigrex or the rathalos. Can anyone tell me wot items and equipment to have plz thanks.

Try a light bowgun or a bow, remember to take traps, flash bombs and the items to make more ammo, traps and flash bombs. When the monster limps away trap and capture it to save time. Keep on the move and get under the rathalos when it takes off, this stops air attacks hitting you. Learn the monsters moves and attack when you can.
