If I remember after you beat all the 8* quests in guild you unlock Teostra. After killing all Elder Dragons 10 times each including Teostra, Lunastra, Chameleos, Kushala Daora, Kirin, Lao Shan Lung, and Fatalis (any color). You unlock "The End of Times" which is Crimson Fatalis.
