How do you kill the Yian Garuge? In mhf1 there was a glich that you could get him stuck in a pitfall trap< use two large and 1 small barrel boms. Then attack it once and it was dead> Does that work for mhf2? Thanks for helping in advance.

No, it does not work on MHF2, but the Garuga is kinda easy to kill. First, the Yian Garuga is weak against Water Attributed weapons, so bring a Finblade or any other water type weapon you can make. Also, the Garuga are sly, and easliy avoid traps, so blind him with a flash bomb and then set a pitfall underneath him, being careful not to get hit by his tail when he spins around.
