Hey, I can help you. To obtain Thunder sacs, you would have to kill a G-class Khezu, which can't be unlocked till you get to Hunter Rank 4. Carbalite ore are easier to get, but it's still hard to get nonetheless. You would have to get the Mining Point+2 for the Pokke Farm to get Carbalite ore, but you won't get it often. Good luck buddy

I also know how 2 get them, by killing g-class khezu or g-class red khezu, which is hard nevertheless, my plan was you need 2 kill at least the red g-class khezu 2 move up in rankings in the gathering hall, so my friend and I both killed it and got thunder sacs that way, it's betr then jsut killing a g-class khezu on you're own, and it was also a useful quest in ranking up, kind of like a win-win...and carbalite ore will b easy enough 2 get, like at one point u`ll have alot and jsut sell them 2 get more money, it's what I always do...and it's good you're making the true delil slicer, cause it's my main weapon I use 99.9percent of the time, and I can kill anything and everythin, I beat all the village quest with it,and it's also good 4 killing tigrex...good luck...
