Whr can I get ceanataur carpce,claw+ AND go up to hr 2 and 3???pls pls pls tell me..

To get to hr2 you have to beat level 3 in the guild I don't know about the other stuff

Moving up in hero rank is all to do with the gathering hall. Keep cracking on with those quests and you will unlock an urgent for blangonga which takes you to hr2. Then a tigrex to hr3, then a gravios to hr4 and on and on.
