Where do I get this items and how:

:Pale Bone
:Blangonga Fang+
:Blango pelt+
:Rathalos Plate
:FireWyvern Marrow
:Fire Stone
:Monoblos Heart
:Hercudrome

Heres how you get almost all of thoes
Pale bone= from a kezu
Blangonga fang+= g ranked blangonga
Blango pelt+= g ranked blango
Rathlos plate= break the back of a rathlos
Fire stone= mine at the peak of the volcaino
Hercuudrome= send trenya to the volcaino whith 300 points
Monoblos heart= I don't know, but I would also like to know
Fire wyvern marrow= don't know

Hercudrome=volcano area2
Monoblos heart=rare;drop,carve,reward for monoblos/WM (reward=capture)
FWM=rare;the easiest way is to capture rathian

Well, I know how to get some

Pale bone = Khezu
Blangonga fang+= g rank blangonanga
Blangonga pelt+= g rank blangonga
Rathalos plate= destroy the rathalos back
Firestone= mine at the last and highest place of the volcano
Hercudrome= bug thicket +1, send trenya to volccano with 300 points
Monoblos heart= Keep attacking the place where the heart is (the front part of the body)
Firewyvern marrow= the troublesome pair village urgent quest, azure rathalos
