Congalalas

Congalala's is weak to fire.

First time I killed him I used a Barbaroi Blade (Fire GS) and is easy to obtain early on, you will have to bring a lot of whetstones as it lacks sharpness.

By twin blades do you mean Dual swords, It is possible with them but take Power Juice (Catalyst + rare Steak). And do loads of combos (Twin Kut-Ku DS is a fire weapon)

Congalala's attacks are very predictable, keep your distants for him and slightly to the right or left (so you can dodge any charge attacks) go in for the attack after he does a move.

Move's like the 2 swipes and then the fall over is a good time to strike (go for the head) and roll away as he gets up. also after he leaps in the air to do a body slam, when he lands hit him then roll away.

Another move to look out for is when he uses his tail to throw dung, he will be standing still for a long time.

Be patient and don't go for to many attacks at one time. If you are having trouble when he goes in to rage mode leave the area (make sure he is painted or you have tracker skill) and let him cool down, good time to use whetstone especially if using the Barbaroi Blade

Twin Blades should defeat Congalasas. If it doesn't I guess I can't offer any more suggestions.

Bring these items:

Atleast 5 potions
Some mega potions if you think you will need them
1 shock trap
2 trap tools
2 genprey fangs
2 sm. Barrel bombs
3 lg. Barrel bombs(also bring 2 lg. Bombs+ if you think you will need them)
Tranq. Bombs if capturing it
A long sword would be good
And afew whetstones

Just lay traps and bomb it to peices but make sure you have one trap left, slash it up and when it's weak trap it again and use the tranq. Bombs.

What you need to do is wait till he jumps then attack when he falls. Then when he swips you with his claws move out of the way and then attack when he's down. Use the long sword fall that has fire it kills him in like 50 hits.
