I have just unlocked the urgent quest four horns. My current armor is full garuga mail. And a sentoryu wolf. What are diablos weak against. And if I should get some new armor to beat it would be more than enough info.

It depends whether it is the village or the guild quest. You can do the quest in the armour you have got, so I don't think you need to go to any trouble to make a new set. Diablos are weak against water. I like the SnS frost edge, you should be able to kill both of them with it. Take with you sonic bombs, flash bombs, potions and cool drinks. Get them stuck in the ledges too.
